We are dedicated to nurturing young leaders; providing transformative afterschool leadership development opportunities for every student.
Since 2011, we’ve positively impacted students across diverse socioeconomic and cultural spectrums through our youth development and afterschool programs. Our goal is to:
- help middle school students develop personal character, improve leadership ability, and learn important life skills
- train and equip mentor leaders who will have an impact in the lives of our youth
- measure the behavioral, social, and academic progress in our students for higher-learning and career readiness
- build and cultivate community partnerships relevant to our students
